Return & Refund Policy

At Big Electronic Shop, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we work with our trusted partner CJdropshipping to offer fair return and refund options. Please read our policy below:


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once your order is processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

📦 Returns

Since we operate through CJdropshipping, returns are handled under CJ’s rules:

  • Return Address: Products must be returned to CJ’s assigned warehouse (not our office). The return address will be provided after approval.
  • Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is our mistake (damaged, wrong item, etc.).

💰 Refunds

We will issue a full or partial refund under the following conditions:

1. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your product arrives broken, defective, or not working as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with photo/video proof.
  • A refund or replacement will be issued after confirmation.

 

 

2. Wrong or Missing Items

  • If you received the wrong product or something is missing from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will reship the correct product or issue a refund.

 

3. Delayed or Lost Orders

  • If your order does not arrive within 45 days (60 days for remote countries), you are eligible for a full refund or free reshipment.

4. Non-Delivery (Wrong Address Provided)

  • If the delivery failed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refunds cannot be issued. Please double-check your details before checkout.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Cases

  • Items damaged by misuse or not following product instructions.
  • Change of mind after receiving the product.
  • Customized or personal-use items (for hygiene and safety reasons).

📝 How to Request a Return/Refund

  • Contact us with your order number, photos/videos, and issue details.
  • Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility based on CJ’s policy.
  • If approved, we will provide return instructions or process your refund/reshipment.

⏱️ Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
